Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your invites is delivered in a timely manner. Utmost care and attention are given to your order so that we meet your specifications.
In cases of unavailability of materials, you will be notified of suggested set of material substitutions. You will also be asked to approve of these suggestions.
Delivery Policy
Metro Manila and Philippine provinces
We can deliver your order to almost 100% of Metro Manila and Philippine provinces. We can also deliver worldwide, and to more than 150 countries across the globe.
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. Taxes are based on prevailing rates in your delivery area.
International Deliveries
For United States and other international orders, prices may vary due to current exchange rates, and other taxes and fees. Prices may be subject to change for certain countries. You will be contacted if additional funds are required.
Delivery by Air21 and FedEx
At present, all our deliveries are handled by Air21, LBC, DHL, 2GO (for local orders) and FedEx, UPS, DHL or any courier of your choice (for international orders). Shipping costs vary based on the merchandise amount. Shipping address changes will result in a $10.00 charge and order cancellations will result in loss of delivery fee.
What if recipient is unavailable
If the recipient is unavailable to receive the delivery the delivery carrier may ask for an authorization letter and valid ID from the receiver of the products.

As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our site, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will take commercially reasonable precautions to protect its security on our systems.
Your password(s) will be your personal, secret entry code(s) to access your personal account(s) at our site.
