1. On products  

 

1.1. Are you a dealer of US invitations?

No, we manufacture our own products.   We are a fully equipped printing company. Everything is produced in-house. Nothing is outsourced to provide you with invitations of better quality, creativity and affordable prices.

 

1.2. What are your products?

We offer wedding, debut, birthday and christening, and other invitation cards.

 

1.3. What other items to do you carry?

We also offer thank you cards, misalettes, envelope seals, party favors, and gifts and a lot more! Just click on the Products section of this site and avail of the most generous freebies we offer! Some of them you don’t have to purchase from us. They are FREE!

 

1.4. I want to see an actual sample of your designs. Can you send them to me?

 

As it is our aim to give you invitations of high quality and low prices, we keep our overhead expenses to a minimal level. And this includes producing only few samples.

 

With our limited stocks, we can send you sample products (maximum of 3 products only) but we require a processing fee of P2,500 ($50) and the cost of the product samples. When you place your order and return the samples to us, the processing fee shall form part of your payment for your order. However, when you don’t place your order from us, the processing fee shall be forfeited.

 

The shipping and money remittance charges shall be on you.

 

1.5. What is a complete set of your invites? Does it include entourage?


A complete set usually includes a card for the invitation proper, entourage and an envelope or a pouch.

 

1.6. How much is your cheapest invitation?

 

Our prices start at P35 ($0.70) per piece. This includes one page main invite, one page entourage and an envelope.

 

1.7. What is the minimum quantity that I can order?

 

Minimum quantity is 50 pieces but we suggest you order at least 20% more of your projected number of invitations. Based on our experience, couples usually request additional invites on top of their previous order. Not only is this more costly (The minimum for additional orders is 50 pieces again) but time consuming too. Ordering 60 pieces for 50 pieces of invites will save you time and money.

 

2.  On invitation details

 

2.1. Are the texts embossed or thermographed?

Yes, unless you specify other printing processes like stamping, etc.

 

2.2. I want the color of the text of my invite to be the same as my motif. Can you do that?

Yes, we will customize everything according to your need. Just refer to the Ink Color Guide of Resources section of this site. If you want us to copy the color of your motif or gown, just provide us with a small piece of your cloth. We will however just approximate the color since we cannot fully reproduce it especially the metallic ones.

 

2.3. I want to see the wordings you will use for my invite. Can you send me a list of these?

We have made it easier for you to choose from among our archive of wordings . Please refer to the Resources section of this site.

 

2.4. I have this preferred font for my invite. Can you do this for me?

Yes. We have invested on the most elegant and famous fonts to match your personality and we have archived them at the Resources section.

 

2.5. I want to change the material for my invite (Not what is shown in your sample). Can you do that?

Yes, we can coordinate the materials like ribbons , according to your motif. Please refer to the Paper Materials of the Resources Section of this site.

 

2.6. I’m interested in the materials that you will use for my invitation. Can you send them to me?

Yes, we have a P199($4) -materials package that we can send you. This includes:
10 paper materials (5 board and 5 papers; Plus 10 for every additional request)
5 ribbons (Plus P10 for every additional request)
Ink Color Guide*

 

*Not included in the pack if request is done prior to ordering of products
from us.

2.7. I want to see the layout of my invitation before you print everything. Can you do that? 

Yes, it is our standard operating procedure to provide you with a layout for your review before we proceed with final printing. This process is what we call proofreading. The text in the layout is set in black color. The modes of proofreading available are: store visit, fax, or e-mail. This procedure is free of charge for the first four turns. 2.8. Can you produce one sample of my invitation with my approved layout before you print all of them?

Yes we can but since we always aim to give you lower prices, a sample or a mock-up (prototype) is not part of the package we offer. Should you however request for one final and actual sample (1 piece of invitation only using actual material, and ink or any other printing process required), you shall be required a minimum additional of 50% on the total amount you ordered depending on the complexity of the job.

 

If you prefer a cheaper prototype (P500 or $10 only) we can substitute materials. No actual materials and ink are used. They are approximated to give you an idea on how the finished product will look like.

 

2.9. What if there are mistakes on the spellings?

If it’s our own fault, the products will be replaced in the soonest possible time at no extra charge to you. However, if you have overlooked a misspelled word, we can have the product reprinted at 50% discount.

 

3. On delivery

 

3.1. How long is the processing time for my order?

Upon approval of the layout, the finished products are shipped in 10 to 20 days.

 

3.2. Do you accept rush orders?

Yes, for only a minimum additional 20% on the total amount of you order, the finished products will be ready for pickup or shipping in one (1) week. Should you request for a shorter processing time, other arrangements are available.

 

3.3. I have relatives in the Philippines who can pick up the invites at your SM Southmall/ Robinsons Galleria store and have them hand-carried here in the US. Can this setup be done?

Yes, a lot of our clients have already done that not only because it is cheaper (You save some bucks in shipping!) but their relatives were more excited and enthusiastic to help them in their wedding preps. You just have to choose this option when you place your order on this site.

 

3.4. What if you don’t deliver on time?

It is our policy to meet our deadlines 100% of the time. To assure your total satisfaction, we give 20% discount for every day of delay on the agreed due date.

 

3.5. How do you handle the shipping of invites?

We have partnered with Air21 (for domestic orders) and FedEx (for international orders) to handle the shipping of your orders so you are assured that your orders will be right at your doorstep the day they are promised!

 

4. On security

 

4.1. What safety measures have been taken to ensure the security of my information? 

We have implemented a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. All sensitive/credit information supplied by you is transmitted via 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption technology and securely stored in our payment gateway's database. SSL is the universal standard on the Web for authenticating Web sites to Web browsers -- it is a highly sophisticated process that scrambles your data as it travels from your computer to our Web site's servers.
