Terms & Conditions

Rush Orders. This means that Cardprints accommodates an order from customer with a minimum production lead time of seven (7) days depending on the agreement with the client. The minimum rush fee for this order is 20% on top of the total amount.

Additional Orders. This means the customer wishes to order additional invitations or products they have previously purchased. The minimum for such is 50 pieces for wedding and debut invitations.

Cancellation of Orders by Customer. A customer may cancel his/her order with a charge fee of P2,000 ($40). If layouts have already been prepared by Cardprints, an additional minimum charge fee of P300 ($6) will be incurred. If materials have already been purchased by Cardprints, the total cost of the materials +30% will be charged to the customer. The purchased materials will be given to the customer. The 30% additional charge shall cover for the shipping cost of the said materials.
The person/s who placed the order must be the same to cancel the order. If cancellation is to be done by a representative, a written authorization or a call from the customer must first be made to the Cardprints sales officer for the cancellation to be accepted.
No refunds are made upon confirmation. Customers may claim refund in two (2) to four(4) weeks. If customer's payments are in a form of check, they must be cleared first with the bank before refunds may be issued.

Additional Entries, and Corrections from Customer. For additional entries or corrections on the products ordered, two timelines are considered: (1) prior or during the layout presentation and approval stage or (2) after the presentation and approval.
For the prior or during timeline, the customer may give a written list to the sales officer at no extra charge. For the after timeline, a customer may revise the invitation details of the approved layout with no charge if it is made on the same day the layout was approved or the first hour of the following day.
Beyond this time frame, all additional entries or corrections may be accommodated but the customer may incur additional charges if the approved layout has already been forwarded to the prepress section of Cardprints and negatives have been done. The additional charge to the customer is P400 ($8) per bond short sized layout.
All entries must be written, emailed or through cell phone sms form. No verbal additions or revisions may be accepted.

Change of Materials. Customers may change the materials of their invitation order. However, if Cardprints has already purchased the materials for their invitations, they are obliged to get these materials and pay for them. The customer may also incur additional charges depending on the classification of the new paper materials they choose.

Waiver of Layout Presentation and Approval. The customer waives his right for the layout presentation and approval when he or she does not want to see or check the layout anymore.   With this setup, Cardprints has no obligations for any mistakes made or specifications not followed. The customer is also obliged to accept the finished products.

Unavailability of Materials. During peak season, shortage or unavailability of materials happens. To avoid inconvenience for the customer, who has already placed their order and finalized their material preference, they are advised to choose three sets of materials for their invitations. The three choices are ranked according to their degree of preference. The first material will be the original preference while the second one is the next preferred substitute and the third one is the last preferred substitute.

Concerns. Cardprints welcomes concerns regarding the finished product/s within five (5) calendar days (Saturday, Sundays and holidays included) after they have been received by the client/s and/or their representatives.

Warranty. Cardprints shall replace all products at no cost if it fails to follow all specifications by the customer. However, if the customer may have overlooked their specifications including but not limited to typographical errors in the layouts, corresponding charges shall be applied should a replacement be asked. The replacement processing time is minimum of one (1) week depending on the complexity of the job.
Complaints of clients may be addressed to the store where the order was placed. If a representative is sent to file a complaint, the customer must send a letter of authorization, or text the sales officer regarding authorization or call the store directly for the complaint to be honored. For a complaint to be valid and to merit replacement, the customer must return all the finished invitations in full quantity.
